Description
Made with the Zymurgorium's own Manchester gin, itself made using their own vodka from distilled honey, here local sloes have been added in the traditional fashion. In this case, that means using sloe berries from the Manchester Green Belt, North Cheshire including Delamere Forest and Macclesfield, the Pennines and Lancashire. The recipe used is said to use less sugar than you may expect and lots and lots of those wild sloes!
