Tarsier Gin was inspired by a 2 week back-packing trip across Asia and the traditional cuisine of the Philippines, Cambodia, Vietnam and Thailand. The bottle features an illustration of a Philippine Tarsier, which is one of the worlds smallest primates.
It took two years for the final recipe to be developed and finalised. It is a citrus forward Gin that features seven traditional botanicals, with Exotic Calamansi, Kampot Pepper, Thai Sweet Basil and Galangal.
t is perfect in a G&T with Lime and Ginger.
