Rum Sixty Six 6 Year Old Rum 70cl

Rum Sixty Six is a blend of rums from both the column or “Coffey” still for delicate nuanced flavours and the traditional copper pot still which infuses the rum with a more robust character.

The rum is put into small American white oak ex-Bourbon casks, (mostly from Lynchburg, Tennessee) - an excellent wood for ageing and maturing.

Light caramel with oaky note and hints of dried fruit.
