Rooster Rojo Reposado Tequila 70cl

Rooster Rojo is produced in Tequila, Mexico. This Reposado is created using Blue Agave, that was cooked in an autoclave for 10 hours, with steam. Then, a special yeast is added to the Agave juices, before fermentation, which can take up to 3 days, before distillation. It is double distilled in stainless steel pots and then aged in oak barrels. Finally, water that is filtered through Mexican silver is added to the drink, bringing it down to 38% ABV.
