Rooster Rojo Blanco Tequila 70cl

This Blanco Tequila is created using Blue Agave, that was cooked in steam powered autoclaves. Then, a special yeast is added to the Agave juices, before fermentation, which can take up to 3 days, before distillation. It is double distilled in stainless steel pots and then aged in oak barrels. Water filtered through Mexican Silver blends the Blanco Tequila together.
