A London Dry Gin is produced using a certain method, its more than just a name, where the base spirit must be distilled to a neutral spirit that is 96% ABV. All flavours must be added during the distillation with the presence of "natural plants". No extra botanicals, flavours, sugar or colouring can be added to the product after its distillation, if they are, then it isn't a London Dry. After it has been distilled to 96%, it must then be re-distilled to a minimum of 70% ABV and then watered down to no less than 37.5% ABV, with the leading flavour of the Gin being Juniper. A London Dry doesn't have to made in London, it can be made any where in the world, as long as it meets the rules of the method. However, it did originate in London, during the Gin craze in the 18th century, where Gin that hadn't been sweetened or flavoured was becoming more and more popular. It was known as just 'Dry Gin' back then, but because it was from London, people started to call it 'London Dry Gin'.
Also, when you hear 'London Dry Gin', the word 'quality' comes to mind, because you know that it has been produced in a very specific way, where there are no artificial ingredients or colouring in the drink.

Ginspiration has over 100 stunning and very different London Dry Gins, that are available for you to buy, for amazing prices!
