Jefferson's Bourbon Whiskey is a small batch whiskey, that has a mashbill of 60% corn, 30% rye and 10% malted barley. However, it is aged in barrels that are only lightly charred, giving it a unique flavour, unlike whiskeys that are aged in heavily charred barrels.
