Irish Whiskey

Irish whiskey is whiskey made on the island of Ireland. The word whiskey comes from the Gaelic uisce beatha, meaning water of life. For an industry that, until recently, had only three operational distilleries, Irish whiskey offers a richly varied array of styles and production methods.
