Hawkshead Rum is delicately aged in Hawkshead Brewery Windermere Pale Ale barrels, this unique Rum has a subtle banana flavour with liquorice notes. Whisky has been aged in Hawkshead Red Bitter barrels which brings unique caramel and resinous oak flavours, along with subtle lingering fresh fruits. Truly a unique whisky that is full of the character of Hawkshead Brewery.
