Erdinger Weissbier is a German wheat beer, or Weissbier. To brew this beer, the brewers have chosen the best raw materials, this quality gives the beer its impressive aromas and flavours. Brewed according to a traditional recipe and in strict accordance with the Bavarian Purity Law, the beer is still bottle-fermented in the traditional way taking three to four weeks to mature.
