Collection from our Manchester M29 Depot, collection times between 10pm & 4Pm Mon to Friday, this is a drive through style collection service.

I.D will be required for all collections for security reasons, it must be shown.

Pallet Line > 500kg £79.99
Minimum Weight 40kg.

This delivery is designed for bigger orders and includes all packaged, including beer kegs, normally dispatched within 2 days using a next day pallet line service.

You must confirm any missing or damaged items to the pallet line driver, if you fail to do so, we can honour any claims.

* DHL & Royal Mail will attempt delivery twice, they will then hold the item for 5 days. If no contact has been made to get your parcel within the time, the parcel will then be returned to sender, A return fee will be applied if you wish to still receive your parcel, a return fee will also be charged if you wish to be refunded for your item(s).

* Free delivery does not apply to Remote Access Areas.
* In very rare circumstances some deliveries can take longer than the specified times, especially peak periods and when promotions are active.

* We can only honour any missing items within 7 days of receiving your parcel.
* DHL will not leave a parcel with a neighbour or a safe place, it has to be signed for at delivery address.
* We can only honour any missing items within 7 days of receiving your parcel, we may require photo evidence before any refund or replacements are granted.

* Any Damaged items received with your order MUST be reported within 7 Days of your order being received to be able to claim for these.
