Dead Man's Fingers Spiced Rum is made using a blend of Caribbean Rums as well as spices that have been added. It is created by The Rum & Crab Shack in St. Ives, which serves fresh sea food with Rum! Dead Mans Fingers is inspired by the Cornish Flavours of Saffron Cake, Spiced Fruit and the Shack's very own Ice Cream.

Their Coffee Rum is based around the beautiful flavour of Coffee. This particular variation is best used as a digestif, however it can be enjoyed mixed or neat.
