The Chilgrove distillers in Sussex have paired this intriguing base spirit with 11 botanicals, including Angelica Root, Coriander Seed, Grains of Paradise and Wild Water Mint. They describe it as a "gin for all seasons", and with a superb mouth feel and stunning flavour profile, we wouldn't mind drinking Chilgrove in Spring, Summer, Autumn or Winter!
