Like Botran's other rums, the Reserva Blanca has been aged in a Solera system using ex-bourbon casks. However, after the maturation process, this expression has been charcoal filtered to remove the colour but keep the tasty, tasty aged rum flavours, and it was a success! All the rich oak and plump dried fruit flavours in a spirit that is perfect for cocktails.
