Boothstown Dry Gin 50cl

At Boothstown Gin we take great care in the preparation and distillation of our premium spirits. Each batch of our Dry Gin is macerated with our carefully selected grain-based spirit for up to 24 hours with 10 carefully selected botanicals, all of which are naturally foraged both locally and internationally. Following a 4.5hr distillation the collected spirits are proofed to bottle strength of 40% ABV (80 Proof), before on-site bottling, each batch is rested for a period of no less than 10 days allowing all the aromatic flavours to coalesce.
